The VIP program was a way for us to reward loyal Take 5 customers, but we discovered that it was complicated and took customers a long time to earn enough visits to redeem perks. Since we want your oil change experience to be fast, friendly and simple - our customer perks program should be easy to use as well. In the future you won’t need a membership program to receive special offers from Take 5, but we are still honoring VIP perks for current customers who have earned loyalty points.
All current VIP customers may continue to redeem their VIP perks as long as they remain an active in the VIP program by getting a premium oil change at any Take 5 Oil Change location every six months.
You will still be able to see your vehicle’s service history in the VIP portal by logging-in.
We will continue to offer roadside assistance coverage to active VIP members who signed up for roadside assistance. It will continue until the end of its six month term as outlined in the terms. You can find the date your 6-month term expires on the email that was sent from Nation Safe Drivers (email@example.com). You can continue to call Nation Safe Drivers for 24-hour emergency roadside assistance at 866-330-0760, or if you have questions about a claim you can call 888-684-9327.
