Strong Team Builder – As a Take 5 franchisee, your success will greatly depend on your ability to recruit, train and manage a team to represent our brand. The average Take 5 starts with six full time employees – one store manager, one assistant manager and four technicians – and it is imperative that the franchisee is responsible for their development. Neither the staff nor the franchisee are required to have any automotive experience – our only requirement is that each person is dedicated to our mission and brand.
Significant Capital – The average new Take 5 can cost in excess of $700K. In order to qualify for a multi-unit development territory, you must be able to demonstrate a healthy personal financial statement to support your growth plans.
Location – The best Take 5 franchisees reside within or have strong ties to potential operators in the desired development territory. This is not an absentee franchise offering – your best, full-time efforts will be necessary for you to succeed.
